• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or facilities management.
• Experience coordinating with government stakeholders and security personnel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; briefing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute facilities and infrastructure projects from initiation to close-out.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, facilities teams, engineers, contractors, and security personnel.
• Develop and maintain project docs: plans, schedules, risk registers, status reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks in high-security environments; ensure compliance with IC policies.
• Brief senior leadership on status, milestones, risks, and recommendations.
