Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master’s with 3 years; or PhD with 1 year.
• Active secret U.S. Government clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP clearances.
• Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and utilizing metrics; strong data analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Experience leading a project and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work independently and multitask; detail-oriented with data.

Responsibilities

• Support the program to accomplish precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables and metrics.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure objectives are met and communicate status.
• Support strategic planning with focus on quality and productivity improvements.
• Maintain data, visibility, and metrics supporting deliveries and deadlines.
• Facilitate internal meetings with stakeholders for schedules and activities.
• Develop and deliver briefings to Program Leadership.
• Identify opportunities for changes and champion needed improvements.
• Capture and manage action items to completion and close.
• Implement tools/templates for monitoring project progress.
• Manage schedules and prepare status reports; operate with latitude.
