Job summary

Irth Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of its Integrated Asset Integrity & Risk Platform within the PMO, coordinating Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.

You will own the integrated delivery plan, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, governance, and executive reporting to ensure the program delivers against business outcomes and phase-gate commitments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex software, technology, or data-platform programs.
• 3+ years leading multi-workstream programs with executive visibility.
• Experience in regulated environments with audit trails and documentation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan across multiple workstreams and establish milestones.
• Manage program budget, risks, and governance with clear owners and mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive updates and steering committee materials for governance and decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical delivery and customer readiness.
• Deliver phase-gate readiness assessments and maintain a comprehensive decision log.
