Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its EPC division. You will direct overall project strategy, execution, and financial outcomes across BESS, substation, wind, DG projects, or a large solar program. Lead a team of PMs and assistants to deliver exceptional results for clients.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, risk management, and adherence to QA/QC, safety, and regulatory requirements. A strong background in EPC project delivery and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• 10 years’ experience in project management or a related role, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office Suite).
• Business development/heavy client interaction a plus
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
