Rosendin is hiring a Senior Project Manager in its EPC division to oversee multiple renewable energy projects, including BESS, substations, wind, and solar. You will lead a team of project managers and coordinators, manage client relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with rigorous QA/QC and safety standards.

You will guide design, procurement, and construction activities, coordinate with AHJs, landowners, and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management or a related role, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office Suite).
• Business development/heavy client interaction a plus
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging work environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of EPC projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the PM team.
• Drive QA/QC processes and health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and value to clients.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget with proper documentation.
