Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of retail financial sector projects, including renovations, new builds, and facility infrastructure upgrades. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, risks and schedules to ensure on-time, within-budget results.

Extreme emphasis on regulatory compliance, safety, and coordinating with designers, vendors, and operations staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• LEED AP certification advantageous.
• 7–10 years project management experience in commercial construction.
• 5+ years in financial services/retail banking projects.
• Proven track record managing projects $1M–$25M+ in value.
• Experience with branch renovations and bank build-outs.
• Experience with building systems (HVAC, fire protection, IT rooms, etc.).
• Understanding of ADA and FED regulatory requirements and local authorities having jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of retail financial sector projects including renovations, new builds, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, operations staff and Owner Vendors.
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and change control.
• Ensure quality assurance, safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
