Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in programs or project management
• 3+ years in a management consulting environment or equivalent client-facing experience
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Certifications preferred: PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile (CSM/ACP)

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with sponsors and leadership
• Provide strategic planning and process improvements for projects
• Collaborate with sponsors, analysts, stakeholders and customers on scope and staffing
• Communicate status, estimates and priorities to clients and internal teams
• Develop and implement project management standards and training for the team
• Monitor project status and resource assignments with automated tools
• Support functional delivery and client engagements across verticals
• Promote a culture of achievement and continuous improvement
