Responsibilities

• Change leadership: Own the change roadmap for how a client's planning and delivery teams adopt data-driven forecasting — from onboarding through to embedding in day-to-day decisions.
• Client account ownership: Primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clarity, momentum, and satisfaction across the engagement lifecycle.
• Value delivery: Ensure nPlan delivers against client goals, coordinating internally to resolve issues or improve outcomes.
• Commercial support: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage of nPlan, supporting account growth.
• Stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships across client organisations, ensuring alignment and advocacy for the change at all levels.
