Job summary

Voyage Advisory is seeking a Project Manager to drive complex client engagements across utilities, financial services, manufacturing, government, and contact centers. You will own projects from concept to completion, coordinating sponsors, analysts, and stakeholders while mitigating risks and delivering measurable results.

The role emphasizes strategic problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with remote work and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years managing programs or projects.
3+ years at a recognized management consulting firm or equivalent client-facing environment.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CS*, ACP*, or similar.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong capabilities in strategy, process improvement, and data analysis.
Background in Digital Customer Experience (DCX) and CRM is a plus.
Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders.
Identify, mitigate, and communicate issues and risks to leadership.
Provide strategic planning, process development, and analysis to resolve problems.
Collaborate with sponsors, analysts, stakeholders, and customers to define scope and staffing.
Communicate status updates and manage client expectations.
Implement PM process improvements and train others on best practices.
Monitor project status with automated plans and stay current on PM trends.
Deliver system functionality and assist in recruitment and team onboarding.
Uphold company culture and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
