Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in traditional project management and adaptable/ Agile approaches.
• 3+ years leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan; monitor progress against plan.
• Identify, develop and gather resources to complete the project; prepare schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate project staff and external contractors; secure resources from other areas as needed.
• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate status and milestones.
