Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires coordinating plans, resources, and stakeholders across the organization to achieve milestones and strategic objectives. The position is remote with occasional travel to Humana offices; includes a salary range of $86,300–$118,700 per year and eligibility for a bonus plan.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in both traditional project management and adaptable or Agile approaches.
• 3 or more years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project; prepare designs, work specifications, schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Communicate with other operational areas to secure resources and contributions; conduct meetings and prepare status reports.
• Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and milestones; influence department strategy.
