• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in both traditional project management and adaptable or Agile approaches.
• 3 or more years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, on time and within budget.
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress against plan.
• Prepare designs and work specifications; develop project schedules, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, and staff.
• Communicate with other operational areas to secure resources and contributions for the project.
• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate status; set priorities and coordinate project staff to meet milestones.
