The role designs, communicates, and implements operational plans, monitors progress, resolves issues, and coordinates staff and external vendors. It supports a remote workforce with occasional travel to offices for training or meetings and requires strong cross-functional collaboration to hit milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in both traditional project management and adaptable or Agile approaches.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
• PMP/PMI-ACP certification or similar (preferred).
• Agile/Lean/change management training may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing projects.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and budgets.
• Coordinate project staff and external contractors to meet milestones.
• Identify, develop, and secure resources to complete the project.
• Conduct meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
