Humana, Inc. CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will design, monitor, and adjust plans to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence, coordinating resources and stakeholders across the organization.

This remote role offers travel to Humana offices as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of managing large projects (Agile/PM best practices) are required, along with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management and Agile approaches.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational project plan; monitor progress and performance against the plan.
• Identify, develop, and gather resources; prepare designs, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate project staff, external contractors, and resources; prepare status reports.
• Communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership; manage priorities in a matrixed environment.
