Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in traditional project management and adaptable/Agile approaches.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan; monitor progress against the plan.
• Allocate resources and coordinate project staff, external contractors.
• Develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; prepare designs and work specifications.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and prepare reports on progress.
• Influence department strategy; make decisions on complex technical approaches.
