The role offers a remote work setup with occasional travel to Humana offices; a 40-hour work week, and a compensation range of $86,300 to $118,700 per year plus a bonus opportunity based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in traditional project management and adaptable or Agile approaches.
• 3 or more years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a matrixed environment.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan; monitor progress against plan.
• Identify, develop, and gather resources; prepare designs, schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate project staff and external resources; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Set priorities, allocate tasks, and influence department strategy on complex issues.
