Job summary

AgileOne seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead client implementations using AgileOne’s methodology, collaborating with architects and development teams to align technology solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets and resources, driving PM processes, and delivering high-quality results across multiple projects while coordinating with account management and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience, leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Experience leading systems integration projects and managing project teams.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers, including suppliers.
• Ability to identify solutions to complex situations and adapt to changing client needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and sound business ethics.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel <20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design and deployment of AgileOne solutions using Implementation Methodology.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources and issue escalation; report findings to stakeholders.
• Track project metrics and ensure quality of PM deliverables across projects under responsibility.
• Provide leadership on implementations and integrate solutions with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect and Client Software Development teams for technical decisions.
