Job summary

ESS Metron is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering custom power distribution projects from kickoff to shipment. The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding ESS Metron's quality standards in a fast-paced production setting.

You will manage budgets, milestones, stakeholders, and risks, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and operations to meet business objectives and deliver world-class electrical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, power distribution, or a related field.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of basic power distribution systems and electrical manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Champion a Safety First culture across all project teams.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate cross-functional activities (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, operations).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and make informed decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for internal departments, customers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Adjust plans, resources, and timelines as requirements evolve.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes to enhance delivery and satisfaction.
