Job summary

States Manufacturing LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the Electrical Power Distribution program from concept through shipment. You will drive cross-functional teamwork across Sales, Engineering, Production and Quality to meet aggressive timelines and budget targets.

You will manage vendor relationships, monitor project health, and deliver regular updates to customers while ensuring strict quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end programs from concept through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, identify bottlenecks, and streamline workflows.
• Oversee supplier and vendor coordination, negotiate timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and drive alignment across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality.
• Oversee third-party subcontractors and ensure external deliverables meet schedules.
