Job summary

ESS Metron is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams delivering custom power distribution projects from kickoff to shipment. You will be the main liaison between internal departments, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget alignment, and quality standards.

Qualifications include a 5+ year track record in project management within manufacturing or power distribution, a PMP preferred, and strong MS Project, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or power distribution.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver custom power distribution projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, milestones and risk.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and operations activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact with customers and stakeholders.
• Report status, risks and milestones to leadership and executives.
