Job summary

BGBx, a leading independent commercial solutions partner for pharmaceutical and life science companies, seeks a Director of Project Management in the United States. You will lead a multi-skilled PM team, partner with Account and Marketing, and ensure the portfolio remains operationally sound and financially healthy.

Responsibilities include prioritizing initiatives, driving efficiency, managing budgets, and delivering high-quality client work while balancing client and agency economics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare-advertising or agency environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, integrated programs and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of operations, workflows, resourcing, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Experience mentoring PM teams and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account/Marketing teams to manage client expectations and communication.
• Assess resource needs and staffing alignment across portfolios.
• Manage portfolio budgets and report financial risks to leadership.
• Lead status reviews and cross-functional post-mortem sessions.
• Develop risk mitigation plans for large-scale engagements.
• Collaborate with capability leads to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Oversee workload distribution and bottleneck resolution across portfolios.
• Scope and estimate complex, multi-channel engagements and review estimates.
