Job summary

STULZ seeks a project coordinator to guide client engagements from RFQ/RFP through sales order, production handoff, and field deployment. This individual contributor role supports PMO standards and governance while ensuring alignment with client commitments and organizational strategy.

The position requires 3–5 years in project management, PMP/CAPM credentials, and proficiency with Monday.com, MS Project, and MS Office tools. Onsite in Frederick, MD with hybrid work options and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business; PMP preferred; 3–5 years PM experience; CAPM acceptable.
• PMP certification required within 90 days of onboarding.
• 3–5 years prior project management experience.
• Advanced PC skills: Monday.com, MS Project, SAC, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans—define charter, stakeholders, communications, risk, issues, changes, scope, budget, milestones, governance.
• Lead end-to-end client projects from RFQ/RFP through installation and deployment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams internal and external.
• Facilitate meetings and manage escalation paths.
• Maintain PMO standards, templates, and methodologies; provide KPI reports.
