Job summary

Jacobs Engineering seeks a Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join our Project Controls and Technology team. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of PMIS across complex projects, driving digital transformation and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of construction management experience, a strong IT aptitude, and familiarity with major PMIS/industry tools. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, project managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
• Manage implementation schedules.
• Escalate and track issues to appropriate internal or external resources.
