Job summary

Jacobs Engineering is seeking a Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join the Project Controls and Technology team. You will design, implement, and optimize PMIS across multiple projects, leading digital transformation and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and clients to improve outcomes. The role requires a strong foundation in construction management, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with PMIS tools.

Domestic/international travel and U.S. citizenship are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years related experience in project controls or construction management.
• IT experience or aptitude a plus.
• Knowledgeable of PMIS and industry control systems (Procore, P6, e-Builder/TUC, Projectsight, EcoSys, Unifier, Aconex, Kahua, Autodesk, Bluebeam, CMiC).
• Experienced in Cost Engineering, Risk Management, Scheduling, Estimating, and Document Control.
• Must be a creative problem solver with ability to work independently.
• Strong public speaking and professional presentation skills.
• U.S. citizenship to support U.S. Government projects; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize PMIS.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, project managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
• Manage implementation schedules.
• Escalate and track issues to internal or external resources.
