Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join our Project Controls and Technology team. You’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of PMIS across complex programs, partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver digital solutions that improve project outcomes and operational excellence.

The role requires a engineering or construction management degree, 10+ years of related experience, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years related experience in project controls or PMIS implementations.
• IT experience or aptitude is a plus.
• Public speaking and professional appearance required.
• U.S. citizenship to support U.S. Government projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize PMIS.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts and stakeholders.
• Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
• Manage implementation schedules.
• Escalate and track issues to appropriate resources.
