Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join the Project Controls and Technology team. You will design, implement, and optimize PMIS across multiple complex projects, driving digital transformation and continuous improvement.

You will lead collaboration with technical experts, project managers, and stakeholders, train stakeholders on new processes, and manage implementation schedules. The role requires travel and a strong background in project controls and engineering.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related.
• 10+ years related experience.
• IT experience or aptitude a plus.
• Knowledgeable of industry control systems such as Procore, P6, e-Builder/TUC, Projectsight, EcoSys, Unifier, Aconex, Kahua, Autodesk, Bluebeam, CMiC, etc.
• Experienced in all project controls disciplines - Cost Engineering, Risk Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control, etc.
• Must be a creative problem solver capable of working independently with little direction.
• Should be a good public speaker and convey a professional appearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to support U.S. Government projects.
• Willingness to travel, domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize PMIS.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, project managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
• Manage implementation schedules.
• Escalate and track issues to appropriate resources as required.
