Job summary
Jacobs Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join our Project Controls and Technology team in San Francisco. You will design, implement, and optimize PMIS across complex programs, lead digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with technical experts, project managers, and stakeholders to improve outcomes and operational excellence.
The role requires a BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years of related experience, and
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 10+ years related experience.
- IT experience or aptitude a plus.
- Knowledgeable of PMIS and construction management systems.
- Must be a creative problem solver with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple complex projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, project managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
- Manage implementation schedules.
- Escalate and track issues to appropriate resources as required.
