Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join the Project Controls and Technology team in delivering complex programs through digital innovation. You will lead PMIS implementation, integrate solutions across projects, and optimize enterprise-wide capabilities to improve outcomes.

The role requires a BA/BS in engineering or construction management, 10+ years of experience, and willingness to travel. Onsite work is expected for full-time salaried staff in the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA or BS or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or related.
• 10+ years related experience.
• IT experience or aptitude a plus.
• Knowledgeable of PMIS tools such as Procore, P6, e-Builder/TUC, Projectsight, EcoSys, Unifier, Aconex, Kahua, Autodesk, Bluebeam, CMiC.
• Experienced in all project controls disciplines – Cost Engineering, Risk Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, project managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
• Manage implementation schedules.
• Escalate and track issues to appropriate internal or external resources as required.
