Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join the Project Controls and Technology team in a role focused on delivering PMIS across complex projects. You will design, implement, and optimize PMIS, lead digital transformation efforts, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in construction management, 10+ years of experience, and familiarity with PMIS tools such as Procore, P6, e-Builder,

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years related experience.
• IT experience or aptitude a plus.
• Knowledgeable of PMIS/industry tools such as Procore, P6, e-Builder/TUC, Projectsight, EcoSys, Unifier, Aconex, Kahua, Autodesk, Bluebeam, CMiC.
• Experienced in all project controls disciplines (Cost, Risk, Scheduling, Estimating, etc.)
• Creative problem solver who can work independently and present professionally.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize PMIS across projects.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives on complex projects.
• Collaborate with technical experts, PMs, and stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
• Manage implementation schedules and coordinate resources.
• Escalate and track issues to appropriate teams.
