Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join the Project Controls and Technology team. You will design, implement, and optimize PMIS across complex projects, leading digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years of experience, knowledge of PMIS tools, and strong communication skills. Travel is expected; base salary ranges from $92,100 to $161,200.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years related experience.
• IT experience or aptitude is a plus.
• Knowledge of PMIS and industry control systems such as Procore, P6, e-Builder/TUC, Projectsight, EcoSys, Unifier, Aconex, Kahua, Autodesk, Bluebeam, CMiC, etc.
• Experienced in Cost Engineering, Risk Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control.
• Creative problem solver who can work independently with minimal direction.
• Public speaking and professional appearance.
• US citizen to support US Government projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize PMIS.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple complex projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
• Manage implementation schedules.
• Escalate and track issues to internal or external resources.
