Jacobs Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join our Project Controls and Technology team. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of PMIS across multiple complex projects, advancing enterprise-wide digital capabilities and improving outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients, train stakeholders on new processes, and manage schedules while driving continuous improvement in project controls

Qualifications

• BA or BS or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or related.
• 10+ years related experience in project controls or PMIS implementations.
• IT aptitude a plus and familiarity with industry PMIS tools.
• Experience with multiple project controls disciplines: Cost, Risk, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize PMIS across projects.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives for complex programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement.
• Train stakeholders on system work processes.
• Manage implementation schedules and milestones.
• Escalate and track issues to resources as required.
