Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 6+ years of GC/CM construction management experience.
• Healthcare construction experience, ideally $10M+ projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support projects across the Greater Charlotte Region.

Responsibilities

• Develop bidders list and bidding strategy for projects.
• Manage distribution of bidding documents and CPS data.
• Organize and conduct pre-bid meetings with bidders.
• Write subcontracts, including professional services or design‑assist.
• Initiate and manage project schedules and logic.
• Develop site logistics plans with the superintendent.
• Create cash flow and manpower projection analyses.
• Prepare constructability reviews and assess estimate gaps.
• Establish safety plan and foster safety culture on site.
• Ensure RFIs and submittals are processed by engineering staff.
• Support cost control, change management, and budgets.
• Assist with responses to RFPs and presentations for new work.
• Coordinate project relations with Architect/Engineer and owner.
