Just Construction Recruitment represents a well-established commercial general contractor in Greenville, SC seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare, education, municipal, industrial and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in commercial construction with strong project management skills and proven success managing projects from preconstruction through completion, especially in acute care hospital environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong acute care hospital construction experience in active environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, quality and overall project performance.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and internal project teams.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, scopes, contracts, change orders and project documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent communication throughout the project.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule, budget, safety and quality expectations.
• Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.
• Participate in preconstruction, budgeting, estimating and project planning.
• Oversee projects ranging from approximately $1M to $50M+ in value.
• Manage projects from initial planning through construction, turnover and closeout.
