AdventHealth in Orlando, FL, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead mid-to-large healthcare projects within the Office of Design and Construction. The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects stay on scope and schedule.

You will collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, delivering high-quality results while navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring patient-centered care considerations.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills to manage mid-sized to large healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare design and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with multi-faceted teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable presenting to management and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar PM programs preferred.
• Proficient in e-Builder software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates project budgets using the Project Budget Tracking Form.
• Delivers projects timely and cost-efficiently per scope.
• Manages multiple projects including large initiatives.
• Leads design and construction processes with consultants and vendors.
• Leads project evaluation meetings and reviews.
• Monitors bidding to ensure fair practices.
• Implements a project change control process.
• Coordinates PMs and project coordinators for progress.
