You will plan, execute, manage financials, and mentor junior project staff to deliver SSR’s quality standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include defining scope with stakeholders, developing budgets and staffing plans, coordinating proposals, kick‑offs, and milestones, and promoting ownership and strong communication across

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in engineering with ten years of related project experience.
• Fifteen years of practical experience on similar projects.
• Proven leadership as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of various size and complexity.
• Expertise in proactively managing project financials with minimal oversight.
• Professional Engineer Licensure preferred (required by those who have a ABET accredited degree in engineering)

Responsibilities

• Lead high-scope, high-complexity projects or multiple programs as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Plan and execute projects; proactively manage financials and mentor junior project staff.
• Develop staffing plans and preliminary budgets with discipline leaders.
• Coordinate proposals, interviews, and client communications.
• Ensure contracts are executed and teams align to obligations.
