Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) is seeking a Project Manager II to lead medium to high complexity projects, including healthcare facilities, from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and act as the primary client contact to ensure total project success.

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor's degree in one of the major technical disciplines with eight years related project experience.
• Twelve years of practical experience on similar projects.
• PE licensure is preferred for ABET-degree holders.
• Experience managing healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Confirm project scope and requirements with clients; document decisions.
• Develop proposals and budgets; prepare preliminary manhour plans.
• Lead kickoffs; convey scope, standards, budgets, roles, risks and expectations.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams; track budgets, earned value, and forecasts.
• Maintain project documentation; coordinate with owners, architects, and contractors.
