Job summary

Community-Resource-Credit-Union is seeking a Project Manager II for an on-site Baytown, TX role within the Project Management Office. You will lead a team across the organization to define goals, coordinate work, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and serve as a SME to guide decisions and handoffs.

The position requires 5–8 years of related experience, a four-year degree or PM training, and strong knowledge of PMO governance, with the ability to apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of related experience required.
• Minimum five years of people management experience.
• Experience in operations, IT, or process improvement preferred.
• Four-year college degree or PM training with relevant specialization.

Responsibilities

• Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develops and maintains project charters, integrated project plans, schedules, RAID-D logs, stakeholder registers, communication plans, and other PMO artifacts.
• Leads cross-functional teams, SMEs, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
• Ensures compliance with PMO standards and governance, supporting readiness, testing, training, implementation, handoff, and closure activities.
• Acts as a project management subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentoring to support delivery.
