Job summary

WHITEFISH CREDIT UNION seeks a Project Manager II to collaboratively develop, manage, and timely complete PMO projects using standard processes. You will partner with stakeholders and act as the project leader, mentoring junior PMO staff as needed.

Required PMP certification or intent to sit for the exam within 12 months, 3–5 years of related experience, and ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while liaising with analysts, sponsors, and executives.

Qualifications

• Must have completed or be pursuing PMP certification.
• Experience leading and directing project teams to deliver projects within constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage full-scale project plans, schedules, and charters.
• Lead and manage assigned projects including scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, sponsors, and stakeholders to document requirements.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and consultants and monitor deliverables and commitments.
• Maintain positive relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and executives.
• Identify opportunities for departmental process improvements.
• Analyze data to develop progress reports and proposals for the PMO Manager.
