Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of construction/project management experience.
• Experience with new construction, renovations and MEP infrastructure.
• 3 years in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services.
• 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and execute assigned projects per plan.
• Evaluate contractual scope of work and changes.
• Lead construction projects through design, construction and implementation.
• Monitor progress, issues and financial status; report to management.
• Attend and lead job progress meetings; coordinate teams and vendors.
