Job summary

rand* construction corporation seeks a dynamic Project Manager based in Houston, TX to lead complex projects from start to finish. You will coordinate internal teams, manage client communications, and ensure quality and timely delivery while upholding safety and budget targets.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction principles.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, owners, managers and consultants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of contracts and budget management.
• Experience with project cost and cash flow analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from organization through completion to client satisfaction.
• Serve as main point of contact for project teams and clients.
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
