Austin Commercial, a leading North Texas construction firm and ESOP company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial builds in the North Texas Division. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases, supervise a large team of employee-owners, and collaborate with owners and architects to optimize budgets and schedules.

Requirements include a BS in construction management or related field, 10+ years of PM experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency in project management

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training completed (or within first year).
• Proficient in project management software.
• Proficient with cost projection, scheduling, financial analysis, budget reviews and labor reports.
• Ability to build and manage multiple high-performing teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States; employer sponsorship not available.

Aufgaben

• Oversees a major construction project by planning, scheduling and coordinating all phases.
• Organizes and manages a large project staff across employee-owners.
• Provides input on plan development, budgets, and final cost estimates with owners/architects.
• Ensures compliance with plans, specs, and safety requirements throughout the project.
• Prepares monthly status reports and manages subcontractor bids and payments.
• Maintains a master construction schedule with CPM updates and change management.
