Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Based in Addison, TX, you will coordinate with development, design, purchasing, operations, and external partners to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.

You'll manage budgets, schedules, risk, and stakeholder reporting while mentoring project teams and ensuring adherence to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential construction projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects through all phases of development and construction.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Development, Design, Purchasing, Operations, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage bidding, procurement, contract administration, and cost control activities.
• Monitor construction progress and address schedule, budget, quality, and constructability challenges.
