Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and team performance, collaborating with development teams, consultants, trade partners, and field personnel.

The final level is based on experience and fit; compensation ranges include two levels and reflect market norms in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with consultants, trade partners, local jurisdictions, and third-party vendors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to evaluate risk, make sound decisions, and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects through all phases of development and construction
• Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans
• Coordinate closely with Development, Design, Purchasing, Operations, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage bidding, procurement, contract administration, and cost control activities
• Monitor construction progress and proactively address schedule, budget, quality, and constructability challenges
• Ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety expectations
• Lead and develop project teams, field leadership, and construction staff
• Review project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies before they impact execution
• Oversee project reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence across the construction platform
