Vivmark Residential in Addison, TX is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

The role oversees budgets, schedules, safety, and team performance, collaborating with Development, Design, Purchasing, Operations, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope. A Bachelor's degree and proven leadership in large-scale projects are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, trade partners, and local jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to evaluate risk and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects through all development phases.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Development, Design, Purchasing, Operations, consultants, and partners.
• Oversee bidding, procurement, contract administration, and cost control.
• Monitor progress and address schedule, budget, quality, and constructability issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety expectations.
• Lead project teams and on-site leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide project reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications.
