Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role oversees budget, schedule, quality, safety, and team performance, collaborating with development teams, consultants, and trade partners.

The final level and salary will be determined by experience and fit, with a strong emphasis on construction management expertise and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects through all phases of development and construction.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Development, Design, Purchasing, Operations, consultants, and external partners.
• Manage bidding, procurement, contract administration, and cost control activities.
• Monitor construction progress and address schedule, budget, quality, and constructability challenges.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety expectations.
• Lead and develop project teams, field leadership, and construction staff.
• Review project risks, identify issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the construction platform.
