Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of multi-family residential and mixed-use developments. You will oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and municipalities, mentor project teams, and drive risk management to keep projects within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business (preferred).
• 7+ years managing residential, commercial, or hospitality construction projects with budgeting and scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Oversee schedules and budgets, prepare bids, negotiate contracts, monitor subcontractor performance.
• Review documents, coordinate permitting, and ensure safety, quality and compliance.
