Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Development Manager to lead multifamily and mixed-use development projects from concept through completion. You will oversee planning, entitlement, design coordination, and execution while balancing risk, schedule, and long-term value creation.

You will build relationships with municipalities and consultants, coordinate architects and engineers, and prepare financial analyses and updates for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA with real estate concentration or Master's in Real Estate Development preferred.
• 3+ years in real estate development, construction, finance, investments, operations, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• LEED or real estate certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive development projects through planning, entitlement, design, and execution.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.
• Build strategic relationships with municipalities, consultants, brokers, and landowners.
