Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will drive project success by managing scope, budgets, schedules, safety, and team performance.

The role requires proactive leadership, collaboration with development teams, consultants, trade partners, and field personnel to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience leading multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential construction.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects through all development phases.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Development, Design, Purchasing, Operations, and external partners.
• Oversee bidding, procurement, contract administration, and cost control.
• Monitor progress and address schedule, budget, quality, and constructability risks.
