Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Project Superintendent or Senior Project Superintendent in Addison, Texas. The role oversees day-to-day field execution on multifamily and mixed-use construction, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality are met across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, quality control, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts.
• Experience managing trade contractors and coordinating multiple work activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Coordinate trade partners, suppliers, consultants, inspectors, and project team members to ensure efficient project execution.
• Maintain project schedules by sequencing work, identifying risks, and proactively addressing field challenges.
• Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards, contract requirements, and design intent.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage punch list, turnover, and closeout activities.
• Promote and enforce all safety requirements, ensuring a safe and compliant jobsite environment.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align field execution with project budgets, schedules, and operational goals.
• Review plans, specifications, and constructability concerns to identify potential issues before they impact project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, progress updates, and field logs.
• Develop strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.
