Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for multi-use facility construction in the Orlando area. You will manage ground-up and facility infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules and milestones with clients in a dynamic environment.

The role requires up to 50% regional travel in the Eastern Time Zone and a track record in construction program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Kahua or similar PM software and D365 or other ERP platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and numerical/financial aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients on scope, schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Lead the project delivery team and ensure data integrity and governance.
